| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 13, 2007, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellants' appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before September 12, 2008, the appellants serve and file a supplemental appendix containing (1) the affirmation of Alexa Englander, dated April 11, 2007, submitted in support of the respondent's motion for summary judgment and (2) the affirmation of Alexa Englander, dated, May 14, 2007, submitted in reply to the appellants' papers submitted in opposition to that motion that was determined by the order dated December 13, 2007.
