Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 28, 2007, to stay a hearing in a proceeding entitled Matter of Sicurella v Embro, pending in the Family Court, Suffolk County, under Docket No. F-16372-04 pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
