Application by the plaintiffs-appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2005, to substitute Sau Fong Li Woo, as administrator of the estate of Wing Cheong Woo, for the deceased plaintiff Wing Cheong Woo.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Sau Fong Li Woo, as administrator of the estate of Wing Cheong Woo, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff Wing Cheong Woo, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
