DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 26, 2008, and May 30, 2008, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.
