DECISION

On the court's own motion, motion by appellant for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from an order of this court dated October 19, 2007, and motion by respondents for leave to submit late opposition to appellant's motion are consolidated for purposes of disposition.

Motion by respondents for an enlargement of time to submit opposition to appellant's motion granted and said opposition is deemed timely served and filed.

Motion by appellant for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the order of this court dated October 19, 2007 denied.
