On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 14, 2007, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion for poor person, and for the assignment of counsel from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "April 30, 2007", and substituting therefor the words "June 6, 2007".
