| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants Maycher Lynch, LLP, and Thomas G. Lynch pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge their time to serve and file a brief on concurrent appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 2, 2008. Separate application by the respondent to enlarge his time to serve and file a brief to October 15, 2008.
ORDERED that the application of the appellants Maycher Lynch, LLP, and Thomas G. Lynch is granted, and their time to serve and file a brief on the concurrent appeals is enlarged until September 15, 2008, and the brief of the appellants Maycher Lynch, LLP, and Thomas G. Lynch must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's application is denied as academic, as his brief must be served and filed not more than 30 days after service of the brief of the appellants Maycher Lynch, LLP, and Thomas G. Lynch (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]).
