DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, for leave to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated May 19, 2008, and June 11, 2008, respectively, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the orders are not subject to appellate review until objections thereto have been reviewed by a judge of the Family Court (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
