Separate motions by Dominick Ferrara and John Ferrara, and Elizabeth Ferrara for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated April 15, 2008, which determined appeals from a decision of the Surrogate's Court, Rockland County, entered December 12, 2006, and a decree of the same court dated March 22, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in opposition thereto, and the papers filed in relation to the motion by Elizabeth Ferrara, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
