ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 16, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted, in part, a motion by the appellant's assigned counsel and denied a cross motion by the petitioner-respondent on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 28, 2008, is amended by (1) deleting from the caption thereof after the words "Leavon W. (Anonymous)", the word "appellant", and (2) adding the following as the penultimate decretal paragraph "ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,"
