| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant American Guarantee & Liablity Insurance Company to enlarge its time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 30, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the same court August 7, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time of the appellant American Guarantee & Liablity Insurance Company to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 5, 2008, and the brief of the appellant American Guarantee & Liablity Insurance Company must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 10, 2008, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
