On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 27, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellants, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2007, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto," and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto".
