On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 7, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 9, 2007, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 21, 2008", and substituting therefor the date "August 27, 2008".
