On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 3, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted, in part, a motion by Courtney A. Schael, on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 14, 2008, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau".
