Application by the respondent New Town and Country Corporation pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated April 30, 2007. Separate application by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondent New Town and Country Corporation to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 5, 2008, and that respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before October 2, 2008.
