| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the respondents to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 27, 2007, to include certain documents or to take judicial notice of a lis pendens filed and certain proceedings, which occurred in a matter entitled In the Matter of Gussie Rose, which was pending in the Supreme Court, Westchester County, under Index No. 11930/02, and to enlarge their time to serve and file their briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the record or to take judicial notice of the lis pendens filed and certain proceedings which occurred in the matter entitled In the Matter of Gussie Rose, are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until October 6, 2008, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
