| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sales for the subject properties, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated May 20, 2008, and June 2, 2008, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the foreclosure sales is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted and the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix and their respective briefs.
