| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated June 16, 2008, and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 27, 2008, in effect, for leave to reargue that branch of its motion which was to stay the enforcement of a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated November 15, 2005, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated June 30, 2008. Application by the respondents John B. Riordan, Andrew L. Martin, and John Moore for the court to accept their opposition to the motion, which was filed one day late.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
