On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 24, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted, in part, a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 26, 2007, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto," and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto".
