On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 30, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, denied the appellants' motion to stay enforcement of a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated November 15, 2005, on appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated June 16, 2008, and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 27, 2008, is amended by deleting from the introductory paragraph thereof the phrase "to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated November 15, 2005" and substituting therefor the phrase "to stay enforcement of a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated November 15, 2005".
