ORDER ON CERTIFICATION
Assignment of Counsel

Appeal by the father James K. Yasus, cross appeal by the mother, Dana E. Yasus, and separate appeal by the attorney for the child from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 23, 2008. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Tammy Feman, Esq., dated August 14, 2008, it is

ORDERED that Dana E. Yasus is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the cross appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for Dana E. Yasus:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall promptly attempt to contact Dana E. Yasus at the address provided by the court, and on or before September 26, 2008, shall notify the Case Manager assigned to the appeal, in writing, that she has done so and that either

(1) Dana E. Yasus is interested in prosecuting the cross appeal, or

(2) Dana E. Yasus is not interested in prosecuting the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact Dana E. Yasus, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
