Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated August 18, 2008, to stay enforcement of the order and to direct the Family Court, Richmond County, to conduct a plenary hearing to determine whether the subject child Zuri S. should be removed from the home of the maternal grandmother and placed with the nonparty-respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
