SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals by Naiwa Y. from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, one dated October 7, 2007, and two dated February 6, 2008, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this court dated August 11, 2008, the appellant was granted leave to renew a motion for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person on or before August 29, 2008. The appellant failed to do so.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
