Separate appeals by Sorin P., Sr., and Angela A. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 29, 2007. The brief of the appellant Sorin P., Sr., was served and filed on June 18, 2008, the brief of the appellant Angela A. was served and filed on July 17, 2008, the respondent's brief was served and filed on August 21, 2008, and the reply brief of the appellant Angela A. was served and filed on September 10, 2008. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until September 30, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
