It is hereby ORDERED that the motions be, and the same hereby are, granted and the appeals and cross appeal from the order and judgment entered February 15, 2008 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals and cross appeal, and the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 27, 2008 is hereby amended by deleting the date August 29, 2008 and inserting in its place the date September 30, 2008.
