Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated June 2, 2008, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the attorney, Karen A. Riley, Children's Rights Society, Inc., 213 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1002, Goshen, New York 10924, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney to represent the appellant:

and it is further,
