| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Stephanie T. Kosnac on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 18, 2008, for leave to correct the notice of appeal to accurately reflect that she is the proper appellant, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the notice of appeal is deemed corrected to reflect that Stephanie T. Kosnac is the proper appellant (see CPLR 2001; Matter of Tagliaferri v Weiler, 1 NY3d 605); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 6, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
