Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue (1) appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered May 4, 1989, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated October 7, 1991 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 1990-02660 and 1990-02682), and (2) an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered August 15, 1988, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated July 30, 1990 (Appellate Division Docket No. 1994-06821).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
