It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 23, 2008 is hereby amended by deleting the date August 22, 2008 and inserting in its place the date September 30, 2008, and the second ordering paragraph of said order is hereby amended by deleting the date October 20, 2008 and inserting in its place the date December 1, 2008.
