Appellant having moved to have this Court take judicial notice of the Post-Trial Memorandum of Law that it submitted to the Court of the Claims, on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 20, 2007,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Michael S. Buskus dated August 18, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the opposing affirmation of Robert Quattrocci dated August 21, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
