Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on July 3, 2007 and September 26, 2007, and to consolidate the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Margaret Zavalidroga sworn to August 29, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the opposing affirmation of Gregory J. Amoroso dated September 3, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted the appeals from the orders entered July 3, 2007 and September 26, 2007 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 14, 2008 is hereby amended by deleting the date September 12, 2008 and inserting in its place the date November 17, 2008.
