| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 19, 2008, to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion dated August 8, 2008, as granted the appellants' motion for a stay pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before September 10, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and so much of the decision and order on motion dated August 8, 2008, as granted the stay is vacated forthwith.
