| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 1, 2008, to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion dated July 1, 2008, as granted the appellants' motion, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed the release of the subject motor vehicles pending hearing and determination of appeals from that order and another order of the same court, also dated May 1, 2008, on condition, inter alia, that the appeals were perfected on or before July 30, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and so much of the decision and order on motion dated July 1, 2008, as granted the stay is vacated forthwith.
