Motion by the appellant- respondent on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 27, 2008, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court entered November 27, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to moving to vacate the judgment in the Supreme Court, Queens County.
