Motion by Counsel to be Relieved
of Assignment

The appellant's motion to dispense with printing and for assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 21, 2007, issued pursuant to Correction Law § 168-n, was granted on June, 18, 2007. The following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that former counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

and it is further,
