DECISION Motion by appellant for an order summarily reversing so much of the order of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County (Barbara A. Leak, J.), dated January 24, 2008, as failed to direct that the records of the Police Department of the City of White Plains and the records of the District Attorney of Westchester County pertaining to the matter of People v Jose Yaport under Docket No. 06 0112, be unsealed, is denied, without prejudice to appellant, if it be so advised, moving for a preference once the appeal is perfected.
