| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the Administration for Children's Services to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 17, 2007, on the ground that it has been rendered academic. Separate motion by Willis B. II to enlarge his time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the motion to dismiss the appeal, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time of Willis B. II to serve and file a brief is granted, his time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 22, 2008, and the brief of Willis B. II must be served and filed on or before that date.
