DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 27, 2007, and an order of the same court entered October 25, 2007, to unseal three motion exhibits filed as "confidential motion exhibits" in the Supreme Court, Westchester County, on September 20, 2007, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to unseal the three "confidential motion exhibits" is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, shall file the three "confidential motion exhibits" with the Clerk of this court, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeals, and those exhibits shall remain sealed upon delivery, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 24, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Westchester County.
