| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents, in effect, to vacate their default in answering in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this court by an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 18, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 9, 2008, the respondents shall serve and file their answer; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 20, 2008, the appellant shall serve and file her reply, if any; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before November 3, 2008, the respondents shall serve and file their brief.
