DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 20, 2008, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 20, 2008, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before September 10, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated August 20, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "September 10, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "October 10, 2008"; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs, if any, on or before October 31, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the attorneys for the children shall serve and file their respective briefs, if any, on or before November 17, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file its reply brief, if any, on or before November 25, 2008.
