DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 14, 2008, denying his motion to vacate a prior opinion and order of this court dated June 19, 1995, which disbarred the respondent from the practice of law based on 10 charges of professional misconduct. By order dated September 26, 1995, leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order dated June 19, 1995, was denied. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 26, 1980.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
