Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated September 29, 2006, and a decree of the same court dated November 2, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until October 13, 2008, the appellant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
