| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 5, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, held in abeyance a motion by Patrick J. Carr and Anne Penachio, on appeals from eight orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 16, 2007, June 4, 2007, June 29, 2007, July 17, 2007, August 9, 2007, August 22, 2007, September 13, 2007, and November 16, 2007, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered December 21, 2007, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "on the ground that Elena D.B., Patrick J. Carr, and Anne Penachio are not aggrieved," and substituting therefor the words "on the ground that Verna N., John B., and Elena B. S. are not aggrieved".
