| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant Uziel Frankel pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 29, 2008.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of Uziel Frankel to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 31, 2008, and the brief of Uziel Frankel must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that upon filing his brief the appellant Uziel Frankel shall submit proof that he has paid for his share of the joint record; and it is further,
ORDERED that within 30 days after service of the brief of Uziel Frankel upon her, the respondent Razill Cynthia Becher o/b/o Martin Ungar may serve and file a brief responding to the brief of Uziel Frankel, if so advised.
