DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered January 30, 2007, to be provided with a certain 911 tape and Sprint tape, as well as a certain DVD hard drive video.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers citing to relevant portions of the transcripts establishing that the entire 911 tape and Sprint tape, as well as the DVD hard drive video were admitted into evidence at trial or that the appellant sought to admit that evidence at trial.
