| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Michael Castino, Jr., for leave to reargue that branch of a motion by Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP, his former attorneys, which was for leave to withdraw as counsel on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 28, 2007, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 24, 2008, and to stay all proceedings for a period of 30 days.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 3, 2008, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
