ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated September 25, 2008, which granted the appellant's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 17, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "November 27, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "December 1, 2008"
