Application by the petitioner-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from eight orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 16, 2007, June 4, 2007, June 29, 2007, July 17, 2007, August 9, 2007, August 22, 2007, September 13, 2007, and November 16, 2007, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered December 21, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the petitioner-respondent to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 15, 2008, and the petitioner-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
