On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 28, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted, in part, a motion by the respondent Frank B. Geshwind on an appeal from a judgment of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated October 29, 2007, is amended by deleting from subparagraph "(1)" of the first decretal paragraph the date "July 11, 2002,"and substituting therefor the date "August 6, 2002".
