DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 29, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by assigned counsel and denied a cross motion by the petitioner-respondent Saint Dominic's Home, on appeals from a resettled order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 25, 2008, and an order of the same court, dated February 22, 2008, and two orders of the same court, dated March 3, 2008, is amended by adding to the last sentence of the first paragraph the words "from the resettled order dated January 25, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-02639)".
